About our Artist: “Hi, my name is Smriti Bakshi. I determined to work after being a dedicated homemaker for almost 18 years. I am very creative and have all the time made little things on my own. In the future when I used to be working at home, my husband came home early with some friends. The friends didn’t mind the mess and instead were actually happy to see my stuff. I sold four decoupage products and took orders for a few more. I use different kinds of paper, like tissue paper, card stock, printed paper etc. I do numerous work using comic strips, which come out so cool and quirky! Since I am a rather new artisan, I hope that in due course of time I may be in a position to train more women who can join me as I generate work for them.”…
